Last minute preperations are made before the Opening Ceremony.

After the Opening Ceremony, everyone in the ANFFLA, Forest Service and guests gathered together for a group photograph.  Seated in the chair on the right (middle) is Sandy DeLapp, the last paid Fire Lookout from the Forest Service.  Next to Sandy kneeling is our President Pam Morey.

The South Mount Hawkins Tower is a very special place to Pam and through the months it has been very hard for her to see her old friend gone, but Pam knows that we will rebuild this tower and she and many others are working hard to bring this tower back to life.
