	TAKE PRIDE IN AMERICA May 15, 2004 - San Gabriel Canyon A call was put out to many volunteer organizations to help the fire ravaged public lands of Southern California. Pictured here Jody Norin, Supervising Ranger of the Angeles National Forest addresses the gathering of Volunteers that are about to head into the Los Padres National Forest, the Angeles National Forest, the San Bernadino National Forest, the Cleveland Naitonal Forest, the Bueruo of Land Managment (BLM) lands, and the Santa Monica National Recreation Area (National Parks).
	This is a map of the sites that will be fixed up, cleaned up or repaired by volunteers from the many organizations represented.
	Before all the festivities and speeches began, Hope and Don Paseero from the Angeles Fire Lookouts work the sign-up table. George Morey enjoys a free bananna from the breakfast table provided for the volunteers.
	In the early morning darkness, a cup of hot coffee, orange juice and bagles help fuel the energy that will be needed when the volunteers leave the opening cerimonies.
