LOOKOUTS
Although the towers and the forest are often the focus of our endeavors, they are only half of the total picture of the Fire Lookout experience. The other half of the experience is the PEOPLE, and the stories that they have to share. Many of these true tales are told at our meetings, gatherings, and other social functions that the ANFFLA hosts. To provide you with just a taste of this adventure, we present FIRE LOOKOUT STORIES of today's modern Fire Lookouts.
Many of us are not writers, so these stories are translated, written and transcribed as best we can contribute. We hope you enjoy!
